Claiming Warranty :

You can claim your warranty at any Brand Service Center. While the product is typically covered under the brand warranty, the exact brand warranty left for open-box products may sometimes slightly vary due to nature of unboxed products.

To ensure coverage, TheBetterPrice will cover repair costs for up to the minimum promised warranty period from date of purchase, for any balance period not covered by the Brand Warranty.

Technical Defects :

For any technical defects (coverage not applicable for any defects due to physical abuse), if the product is not covered under the brand warranty, you can have it repaired at any Service Center at a cost. After the repair, please share the job sheet with us via our WhatsApp Support, and we will refund the repair cost to you.
