PART 2 – GENERAL RULES FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN
- To qualify for a replacement, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging and all accessories.
- We require an unboxing video for damaged or incorrect product verification. The return window begins upon delivery. Our courier partner, Bluedart/Delhivery, will pick up the item from your location.
- Replacement will be processed upon receipt of the return package at our warehouse and completion of a quality check. Please note, any discrepancies found may render you ineligible for a refund according to our terms and conditions.
